The platform recieves funding until 2018
The platform for Sustainable Work in Horizon 2020 has recieved funding from the Swedish Innovation Office for an additional 2 years.
The platform has over the past two years been working with advocacy and networking activities regionally, nationally and at EU level. We have followed and raised comments on all drafts on Future Strategies and Work Programmes in horizon 2020 from 2014 and onwards, with a focus on Health, Demographic Change and Wellbeing. We have worked closely with European partners within our field, including PEROSH and EU-OSHA.
Our objectives for 2016-2018 are:
1. Impact on Work Programs 2018-2020 and FP9
The goal is to achieve one call targeting sustainable working in the WP from 2018 to 2020 and that sustainable working should play a bigger role in the next Framework Programme, as focus area or through mainstreaming.
2. Increase the participation of Swedish researchers and companies in Horizon 2020
The goal is that more Swedish researchers, companies and public sector organisations should be coapplicants on calls related to sustainable work during 2018-2020 than in the previous WPs.
3. Strengthen the concept of Sustainable working
The objective is to establish the concept of sustainable work and make it an important part of labor market and research policy.
